Stretched my ear yesterday and now its swollen and have lumps on my neck,what do i do?

i stretched my ear only yesterday with a 3mm stretcher.it didn't bleed and it didn't hurt.but i woke up this morning and its all swollen and bleeding and i have a few lumps on my neck,can anyone help with what this could be and what i should do?
