Stretcher is stuck in my ear! HELP PLEASE!?

I put in a 3mm stretcher a few days ago, it was ok at first. Then it got very sore and started bleeding and I thought it might just be healing. It started feeling worse so I tried to take it out, I took the front band out but when I looked for the band round the back..it was gone. I think I can feel it inside my ear lobe, but I can't push or pull the stretcher. If I do, it hurts ALOT. But it still doesn't budge...how do I get it out of my ear!? And how do I get this rubber band out of my ear? Thanks
