I took my ear stretchers out they were 10mm now they've gone down to 3, Would I be able to stretch them back?

I had to take them out a while ago because of school and now that I've finished i can do it again, problem being they went down to 3 mm. I had them at 10mm for two years so it was stupid having to take them out for the last couple of months. But would I be able to stretch them back up to 10?
