Stretched ear feels irritated and sore. Is this normal?

Its pretty normal that it's in pain since you took it out for a couple of hours and then put it back in. It must've gotten smaller within that period. Id say it probably ripped a little, so it's pussing. But all in all I say keep it in and just clean it 2 times a say daily.
