How long should I wait to stretch again ?(ear gauges)?

I have gauges. I'm currently a 2g and I've heard you only have to be careful going from 2g to 0g so you should be fine waiting 2 weeks. Just make sure you give it enough time to heal so you don't ruin your ears like all the old folks say we're doing :p good luck.
