Ice-skating accident, help?

I went ice-skating with my friend on friday, we were skating around the rink and she had hold of my hand, someone cut her up and caught her skate, she went of and pulled me down with her but i fell backwards on to my head and neck. I knocked myself out for about 10 Min's. i came around and there was a first aider, they called an ambulance and they came, they put my in a neck brace and on a stretcher and took my to hospital. i didn't break it but i have whip lash head injury and back injury. ive taken it easy, and been to school today but the pain seems to be getting worse?:/
