I'm looking for a movie horror movie similar to Paranormal Activity.?

I saw a the trailer for it a few weeks ago on youtube. I think it was Canadian. I think it takes place in an abandoned hospital (suprise, suprise). I only remember 2 things that happen in the trailer a stretcher is thrown across the room and, at the end of the trailer, the person holding the video camera (with night vision) approaches the figure of a woman in a dark room. The woman turns around. She has a screaming demonic face, similar to the demonic faces in Exorcism of Emily Rose.
