Penis enlargement temporary?

I was just wondering that if pills like vimax, etc increases your size not permanent but temporary for a limited amount of time. I keep researching and keep getting results that the pills does not increase permanently, but was just wondering if it is a limited amount of time. If so what brand does well at that. Also i know position like stretching and stretchers but i wanna know if it's temporary. Yes i know permanent is better, but is there any temporary?
