New clothes-don't answer unless you're being helpful.?

I need some new clothes. I mostly wear plus size skinny jeans, jerseys, and t shirts, but now I'm running out of clothes. Where can I find some new jerseys and jeans for cheap? I also need plugs--gauges, stretchers, whatever you want to call them.
