Can someone help me figure out my dream?

It stared with us all in the hospital and one of my friend Emma trying to give my a needle to make me stupid. I run through the hospital. First through the emergency ward thinking I can't get out and looking for a elevator. I get out off the ER and run towards the door but a man is standing there with a gun so I run some more into the maternity ward and go into a room ( I don't think a family was inside but I'm not sure) then I see a bathroom there is nurse in there but she doesn't get out because she has to operate some machinery. And the I pee and talk to here about this medicine that makes us change. After I get out I somehow end up in a gymnasium where they have a trap set for me. Chairs are piled on one side with tons of giant Oreos. The wall was on the other side so I would have to run to the other side where my friend Mackey stood.she then releases the pigs out of the pen with a pull of a string. The pigs then start running towers the Oreos that are between the and the chairs. I quickly jump over the chairs and run. Mackey them gets bitten by a pig and turn into a pig. Then the pigs start chasing after everyone in the room and keeps running. One pig bite me at first but it wasn't deep enough so I through it on the ground and kept doing that. Only a few people were left and a pig bit me a little harder than the rest so I through �it on the ground extra hard. Then Mackey came behind me and bite me and turn me into a pig. Soon enough we all become human again. Some people were not moving and had to be carried out in stretchers. I thought I might of killed some but for some reason I didn't care (which is weird for me even some music brings tears to my eyes)and then I woke up.
