Can i stretch my ear one week after its pierced?

I pierced my other ear first one I stretched after a week going back 6 months ago, I have no problems with it just pain was bad the first time i did it, the stretcher i use at the start is so small and im talking tiny, I just put it in and hurt a bit, is it bad to do it tho?

Can i change my earrings into fake ear stretchers after 2 months?

Apparently when you have a meat during early weeks of getting nose piercings then it will go bumpy on your nose area, all my cousins that have had nose piercings have been told not to eat meat until quite a long time. Hope this helped

It has been like this for about a week or so, and its happened once before. I work at a grocery store where i am constantly lifting both light and heavy objects. Its a pain that occurs throughout my right shoulder. the pain varies from dull to intense surges once in a while, especially if i move it a certain way. i was just wondering what this may be?
