Help! I can't tell my Mum?

I'm not allowed to stretch my ears and I'm not really allowed out so I only really get dinner money on a weekly basis. I stretched my ear a few months ago to 2mm before with no problems, but then I got bored of it and let it shrink back down. Now I want to stretch again so I gave my friend who goes by the market on the way home some money and she got me a 3mm stretcher. I know I shouldn't have done this but it didn't hurt as it went in so I thought it would be okay. I put it in yesterday and now when I take it out it bleeds and is really sore. I've sterilised the taper,cleaned out my ear and put it back in with the rubber rings really tight so it cannot blow out. Is there anything else I should do?
