Help from anyone who has had a fleshy/stretcher!?!?

3 days ago i put in my first fleshy. it's a 2mm plastic thing that swirls around a bit. for about the first day i couldnt move it at all because it hurt a lot and felt like it was stuck. now i am a little bit more used to it and i have been sliding it back and forth a bit. is this bad? and there is also a little bit of crusty bit on it but hardly any. is this bad? just wondering. and also, how often should i be cleaning it??
